Review by hotel critic
During my recent gourmet getaway at Artemide in Rome, I was pleasantly surprised by the culinary innovation at the Ambrosia Rooftop Restaurant & Bar. As a food enthusiast, I couldn't resist sampling the delicacies crafted by the chefs. The tiramisu was a sublime conclusion to a delightful meal, and the Sicilian cannoli left me craving more. One evening, with a spritz at sunset in hand, I treated myself to an unforgettable candlelit dinner overlooking the Vatican. The bruschetta was a burst of flavors, and the ever-changing temptations from the patisserie were a true delight. However, the highlight of my stay was indulging in a sumptuous message for two based on exotic spices at the spa. The finger food buffet and a bottle of Prosecco provided the perfect accompaniment to our relaxation.Artemide truly offers a remarkable dining experience with a wonderful staff. From the rich flavors of the dishes to the enchanting views from the roof terrace bar, every moment was a culinary journey not to be missed. I highly recommend savoring these exquisite tastes during your stay.
